Frequently Asked Questions

  • When do classes start?
    Classes are held monthly and typically start the first week of the month. Classes follow consecutively behind one another, unless there are five weeks in a month, in which there are no classes on the fifth week.
  • How long are classes?
    Class sessions are 50 minutes in duration and run for four weeks. Classes either meet twice (2x) a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays or three times (3x) a week on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays. There are a total of 8 or 12 sessions per class.
  • What happens if I miss a class?
    There are no make up days for any class session that you miss. However, if you miss a class we have 2 FREE Saturday Workouts/Runs in which you can use, at your convenience, to supplement your workout.
  • What happens if a class session is cancelled?
    Classes sessions are rarely cancelled, but if a session is cancelled more than twice (2x), WHTH will schedule a make-up day beyond the days already pre-scheduled. Make-up days are held Saturday mornings. Time TBA at scheduling.
  • I'm unable to finish my sessions, can I be refunded for the sessions remaining?"
    There are NO REFUNDS for services purchased that have commenced or the start date has passed. Services purchased that have not commenced, but the start date has passed will be CREDITED, to be used within 60 days. ONLY services purchased that have not commenced and the start date has not passed will be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. Must notify management via email (24 hours min.) prior to start date.
  • How many spots are available in each class session?
    ​​​​There are to 6 "first come, first reserved" spots available per class unless otherwise posted. Verbal confirmation by any WHTH staff does guarantee spot. You must register via online.
  • Are there showers available to use?
    Our facility is not equipped with showers for your use.
  • What should I bring with me?
    WHTH provides all equipment needed. You may bring water, a towel, and gloves if you desire. We also have water for purchase at $1 if desired and provide you with a complimentary face towel on your first session (while supplies last).
  • Is there a discount on personal training sessions if I and a friend train together?
    We pride ourselves on our services and prices, which are very hard to beat. Thus there are no additional discounts given outside of our prices or promotions.
  • What are the cancellation and reschedule policies?
    24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24-hours notice is given and the appointment cannot be filled, you will be charged the full price of the service. Same-day appointments cancelled more than 1 hour after being made will be charged in full. No shows are charged in full. We reserve the right to give away your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
  • How do I make an appointment?
    You can either book online, in person, or by phone/text. A credit/ debit card is required to reserve your appointment.
