"No matter what level of fitness you're used to, if you're looking to get in shape and build a community through the process, it gets no better than Work Hard Train Harder. I first signed up through GroupOn, and continued to actively attend their morning and evening boot camps for almost a year - - and could see noticeable results each month. You take a fir test at the beginning and end of each month to track your progress and challenge yourself to squeeze out a few extra burpees or push ups each time. The format and types of exercises varied, but usually started with warm-up cardio which was followed by different HIIT group drills, circuit training using basic equipment, and some running - - never super heavy on the weights, but overall a full body workout that left you sweating, no matter age, weight or activity level (everyone can do it!). What I valued most is the fun and supportive community brought together, and how down to earth the trainers PJ, SunKing (and Tee) are! The only reason I had to stop going was due to schedule conflicts and travel for work. The space is great, the groups are small, and they also offer free Saturday runs, meal plans, support with tracking your meals on MyFitnessPal, and monthly celebratory brunches :)

"What can I say about the WHTH Family. PJ and the rest of the staff are truly wonderful individuals to be around. The skills that each member brings to the table is amazing. I started their early morning boot camp in September because of a Groupon special they were having and have not looked back since. Im seeing definition I never thought I would see. They push hard. But it is worth it. Summer 2018, here I come. Lol. You will not be dissapointed joining this place."
