Small Group Training

Join one of our small group classes running monthly, every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday starting the first full week of each month. Spaces are limited to 6 participants on a first registered basis. Groupons are not available for all groups.

** Personal Training highly recommended for persons with injuries, ailments, or disabilities. **

Strength Training 7pm

There will never be a dull moment in this class as you use weights/ bands to induce muscular contraction. Let's get it!

​We're getting ripped, packing on lean muscle, and strengthening the body all at once. The core is where it's at and this is where conditioning is at its best.
