Small Group Training
Join one of our small group classes running monthly, every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday starting the first full week of each month. Spaces are limited to 6 participants on a first registered basis. Groupons are not available for all groups.
** Personal Training highly recommended for persons with injuries, ailments, or disabilities. **

Strength Training 7pm
There will never be a dull moment in this class as you use weights/ bands to induce muscular contraction. Let's get it!

We're getting ripped, packing on lean muscle, and strengthening the body all at once. The core is where it's at and this is where conditioning is at its best.
